Nutty Professor - Nut Brown Ale



                              



This is our newest beer brew It is currently sitting in our 6 gallon glass carboy for second fermentation. Stay tuned for updates!

This is what second fermentation looks like! 


Last night we bottleed our Nut-brown ale. Bottled - 13 of them, and the rest kegged. Tastes great, nice and neutral I guess. This is mostly to give away to people to introduce them to home brews. It'll be great for that. Great conversion work by the yeast, the final gravity was just under 1.010. About 5.25%.
My keg/CO2 system has a leak, though - it went through 20 lbs in 7 days.
